He's not impressed with Belle's sense of style - and she doesn't understand a word he's saying.

Pintails daddy who understands, but doesn't speak English. Good thing he's got a devoted daughter who'll teach him.

3# When Belle met Salvador
Pintails second-oldest brother, who everybody likes. Especially the girls. That includes Belle.

4# When Belle met Nando
Pintails oldest brother and who looks EXACTLY like Leon, their pa', apart from him being younger, taller and with both eyes intact.
And he is very very nice - but like Pin (and her grandma' - and half her family) he just doesn't trust strangers.
